REFUND POLICY

We offer 100% refund back guarantee if you find any defects or any other issues (please send us a picture). Your satisfaction is our priority and rest assured we will treat every case personally. If you are not 100% in love with your new art piece, we offer 100% refund back guarantee.

We will accept the return of your art piece for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Return must be in the state that you received it, and in the original packaging.

It will take about 7-21 Business days for us to receive your package, inspect the item, and complete your refund. Your refund will be issued back to the original payment method you selected for the purchase (i.e. Credit Card/Debit Card or PayPal)

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
